What we Believe

Inerrancy in Completeness of Scripture

"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"
(II Tim. 3:16 (KJV))

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."
(Revelation 22:18–19 (KJV))

The Virgin Birth

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost."
(Matthew 1:18 (KJV))

The Trinity

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen."

(II Corinthians 13:14 (KJV))

The Deity of Jesus

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."
(John 1:14 (KJV))

The Substitutional Death of Jesus

"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed."
(I Peter 2:24 (KJV))

The Power of Jesus' Blood

"In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;"
(Ephesians 1:7 (KJV))

The Bodily Resurrection from the Grave

"For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:"
(Corinthians 15:3–4 (KJV))

Jesus' Work in Heaven: Intercession

"Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. ."
(Hebrews 4:14–16 (KJV))

The Bodily Return of Christ to the Earth

"Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."
(Acts 1:11 (KJV))

Man is Sinful

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
(Romans 3:23 (KJV))

Salvation is by Faith Alone

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."
(Ephesians 2:8–9 (KJV))

Eternal Security of Believers

"And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."
(I John 5:11–13 (KJV))

"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand."

(John 10:27-29 (KJV))

Man Lives Once But is Judged

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"
(Hebrews 9:27 (KJV))

Man that Rejects Jesus is Eternally Damned

"In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:"
(II Thessalonians 1:8 (KJV))
